Return and Refund Policy

Artistry & Design by AW gifts Return and Refund policy

The refund policy is as follows

Terms of return (All returns must be made within 30days of the original order/ purchase date. While we aim to please our customers, we also want to make sure that returns are fair on both ends, between the business and the buyer. All returns will only be accepted by fault of Artistry & Design by AW gift. Fault has to have resulted in manufacture mishaps such as, product resulting in a condition of damaged, wrong color, size or product. Quality conditions may be returned as well, or an even exchange involving the correction of quality.
State of return (must be returned as it was received by the buyer, no alterations or usage will be excepted, must be returned in the original form, showing only the error of reason in which the return/refund has been requested by the buyer.
Reason for return (as previously stated, product must be damaged, wrong color, size or wrong product and or quality issues. All fault of the brand / company / business.)
Process for return (buyer/customer must reach out to Artistry & Design by AW through email requesting refunds or exchanges, and a valid refund reason within the return/refund policy.)
Process of refund (allow 3-5 business days for the company to complete refunds and exchanges, all refunds will be returned the original way of purchase and exchanges will be completed the original way of order/purchase. With the exception of no shipping cost to resend.)
