to ensure the highest quality for your personalized products, please note the following requirements for submitted photos:

•  Image Clarity: customers are responsible for providing high resolution, clear, and well – lit images for the “cartooning” process.

• Service Delays: if an image is submitted that is blurry, low-resolution, or otherwise un-suitable to proceed, the production of your order will be paused until a suitable replacement is provided. This will prolong the estimated service time.

• Additional Fees: requests to edit, enhance, or ”fix” low-quality images to make them usable for a design may result in additional service fees. We will always contact you for approval before applying these charges.

3. information sharing and disclosure

we share your personal information with third parties only as necessary to provide our          services. For example:

   • Service providers: we use trusted third parties to  perform functions such as payment process( e.g., USPS, UPS, Cash app, ).

   • Compliance with Laws: we may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid request by public authorities.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our privacy policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with legal and regulatory, obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreement.

Note: Customer photos are typically deleted after the production of the custom item is complete unless, otherwise requested.
